Shopping Information

  • 1. Where’s my order?

    Login to your account to check the order details. Note that orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active, and USPS orders may experience delays.

  • 2. Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

    Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We can't cancel orders once shipped, but you can return an item after you've received it.

  • 3. Do you accept backorders for items that are out of stock?

     Yes. If you want to buy something that's out of stock please contact us. We will try our best to help you.

  • 4. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after they’ve been placed. For standard shipping, orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 7-14 days. For those of us in a hurry, rush shipping should arrive within 5-7 business days.
    International orders should arrive within 7-10 business days.
    Please note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.
    Personalized items take 8 to 12 days to custom-make your item. Shipping times vary based on the ship method you select at Checkout.

  • 5. How can I track my order?

    After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active, and USPS orders may experience delays.

  • 6. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

    At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service.

Shipping & Delivery

  • 1. Shipping Method and estimate delivery date?

    Standard Shipping:

    Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed.

    Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.  No strings attached.

    Orders are expected to arrive within 7-14 days from being shipped.

    Note, we do not ship to international PO boxes.

    Expedited Shipping:

    Rush orders ($25 flat rate) are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days from being shipped.

  • 2. Do you offer Saturday delivery?

    We do not offer Saturday as a specific shipping option, but as we ship USPS, it is possible to receive deliveries on Saturday.

  • 3. What countries do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union. Asia countries, Middle East, and so on.

  • 4. Do you ship internationally?

    Ordering: To get started, scroll to the bottom of the page and select your country from the drop down menu. Local currency should update automatically. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

    Shipping: International orders should arrive within 5-10 business days of the ship date. Note, we do not ship to international PO boxes.

  • 5. Do you ship to PO Boxes, US territories, and military bases?

    At this time, we don't offer shipping to PO Boxes, US territories, or military bases.

  • 6. My tracking # hasn’t updated in a couple days. What’s going on?

    Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

  • 7. My tracking # says the package was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere. What should I do?

    Check your mailbox! Our shipments typically fit in small soft envelopes about the size of standard printer paper, so they’re most often left in mailboxes. Larger orders are shipped in boxes and will be left where you usually receive larger packages.

    If the package isn’t in your mailbox, check your mailroom, front door step, with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know.

    While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite frequently!

Order Return & Exchange

  • 1. What is the return policy for items purchased on the Lea Shop?

    You can return most purchases up to 30 days from the date you receive them. Please keep in mind that you need to pay for the return shipping fee, based on your region.

  • 2. How do I return an item?

    For most items purchased through our online shop, you can use our self-service return portal based on your region. We accept back unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of the order date. To initiate a return, please click here and enter the order number and email address associated with the order. International customers are responsible to pay a flat rate shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund total. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.   • 3. Can I return an internationally shipped order?

    Items purchased through Lea Shop are only returnable through their website. If an international order is placed through Lea site, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item for either refund or store credit.

  • 4. How do I exchange an item?

    Complete our return process and ship your item back to us—then order the new item. We will process your return as soon as possible after receiving the returned item, so hopefully it's not too much of an inconvenience.

    Credit cards are charged at the time of order processing.

  • 3. Do you offer e-gift cards?

    Yes, we offer e-gift cards that are sent to the recipient by email. E-gift cards have no additional processing fees. E-gift cards are available in amounts of $50 - $500 and are redeemable only on Lea.com.
